As we have conversations about suicide, we are led by the ethos of work done by NSUN and Alex Johnston and Latifa Akay. We stand against carceral, surveillance based approaches that view people as risks. Instead we look to a community led approach that constantly strives toward consent, choice, privacy and dignity.
